Step 1: Enquiry
After your initial enquiry, you will be contacted by a Vaillant MCS partner - EcoFuture (Northern) or VitoEnergy (Southern).

Step 2: Onboarding journey
To complete the onboarding process, the Vaillant MCS partner for your area will contact you and request information required information for this stage. This information includes the onboarding form, some basic company details, public liability insurance certificate and to complete a one-to-one induction.

Step 3: Start your journey
With you fully onboarded with Vaillant’s MCS Partner you have access to upload your project with them, whether it is an myVAILLANT Install or MCS Partner Programme project.

Step 4: Bespoke design
With your project uploaded, Vaillant’s MCS Partner will carry out a bespoke design with you, allowing collaboration into an MCS compliant quotation.

Step 5: Installation journey
Full bespoke installation carried out with one-to one design and support, in person commissioning and homeowner handover with all applications and certifications complete.
