Offer your customers extra peace of mind with our extended guarantees
If you're part of our myREWARDS loyalty scheme, you can register your customer's new Vaillant appliance on their behalf. This means that they can benefit from an extended guarantee period. This must be done within 30 days of installing the appliance.
Alternatively, your customer can register their appliance via our free online service portal, myVAILLANT Web, within 30 days of installation.
To keep the guarantee valid, the homeowner must arrange an annual service for their Vaillant appliance.
We know with love and care our products sometimes outlive these guarantee terms, your customer has the option to extend with our different boiler and heat pump plans.
Repairs
If a repair is needed and the appliance is still within its guarantee, your customer can book this through myVAILLANT Web, and a Vaillant Service Engineer will handle the repair. Alternatively, they can contact you directly for assistance.
