The ecoCRAFT features a robust boiler body designed for reliability and long-lasting performance. Available in models ranging from 80 kW to 280 kW, it can also be installed in cascade configurations to achieve a total output of up to 723 kW. This makes it the ideal gas condensing solution for schools, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. Despite its power, the boiler remains exceptionally compact, with a width of just 695 mm, regardless of output. Its 1:5 modulation range (20% to 100%) ensures smooth operation at the ideal output level, preventing unnecessary cycling and minimising energy consumption. The boiler can also be integrated into a building management system, making it fully ready for remote monitoring and control.

Multiple outputs available from 80-280kW

The ecoCRAFT range is available in six models: 80, 120, 160, 200, 240 and 280kW —designed to provide optimal load matching. Notably, the 160 kW model features an impressive modulation range of 17% to 100%, ensuring precise and efficient performance across a broad spectrum of applications.

5-year guarantee available

5-year guarantee comes as standard, with 2 years available on Vaillant rigs and accessories. Subject to conditions and registration within 30 days.

Cascade installations

ecoCRAFT boilers can also be installed in cascade utilising the VRC 630 or VRC 700 with eBUS control. Ideal if you need extra power behind your system on larger commercial projects.

Modular heat exchanger design

ecoCRAFT also pairs a horizontal firing burner with a modular heat engine. Together, they drive running costs down, while delivering optimal power and efficiency. The design of the modular heat exchanger, utilises a single pre-mix burner and fan to achieve part load efficiencies as high as 108.4% (net) and a class rating of NOx class 6, to help maximise your Building Regulations rating.
