Fast and easy remote Appliance Function Check (AFC) for Vaillant heat pumps.
Please complete the remoteGO mini form in order to request a remote AFC video call from Vaillant Service.
Any call cancellation should be given in writing to aftersales-uk@vaillant-group.com no less than 24 hours before the booked call date.
remoteGO mini can take up to 2 hours and the installer who has fitted the heat pump is required onsite. If a remoteGO mini appointment cannot be completed because the installation is incomplete or at fault, then an additional aborted call charge will be applied.
