Adrenaline Alley
Project background
Founded in 2006, charity-funded Adrenaline Alley is an internationally recognised destination for BMX, scooter, skateboard and mountain bike riders, with some of the facilities users progressing to compete at an Olympic level.
The skatepark attracts many spectators, watching their children and friends using the facilities available. However, the newly-refurbished spectator lounge was cold and in need of a heating solution that was not only environmentally friendly, but also cost-effective for the charity to use throughout the year.
Showcasing that heat pump technology can be used in commercial premises, this installation brings warmth to the spectator lounge whilst delivering a low carbon, cost-effective solution for Adrenaline Alley to depend on for years to come.
