Why should installers train with us?

Vaillant training is designed to give installers the confidence to install, commission and maintain our appliances. From boilers to heat pumps, our courses combine in-depth technical knowledge with hands on training, ensuring you leave with skills you can apply on-site.

What is your favourite course to teach?

The ecoTEC pro and ecoFIT diagnostic and fault-finding course – it gives installers the insight into how the boiler works, how to approach fault-finding, as well as real practical experience. It ensures installers leave with confidence to tackle breakdowns efficiently and effectively.

What’s your favourite thing about training in Elland?

The people – every group of installers bring different experiences, challenges and questions, which makes every training day unique.

What’s your favourite product and why?

The ecoTEC plus – it’s reliable, efficient and designed with installers in mind, which makes installation and maintenance straightforward.

How did you get into the industry?

I first started out in the industry as an apprentice. I later joined Vaillant in 2019 as a group service engineer, allowing me to further enhance my skills. In 2024, I joined the training team, giving me the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with installers.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to anyone attending a training day?

Come with an open mind and plenty of questions. The more you put in, the more you’ll take away.
